Andy Parsons: Barricade
'Barricade or Things that get in the way', is about the history and current state of dissent and rebellion in England. In mixing scenes from an episode of Dads Army where the platoon attempt to build a barricade with scenes from historical protests and rebellion ( e.g. French Revolution, Paris Commune, etc.) it aims to highlight the inadequacy of Britain's resistance to inequity and imperialism.
