Situated in a small window in the Infirmary's administrative buildings, 'Confinement' is a super 8 black and white film of a restless sleeping man projected into the space under a made model of a hospital bed. It is a miniature work, and viewed externally. The human condition, physical and psychological, inhabiting and experiencing hospital life has informed the work; psychological estrangement within the daily ritual of an institution. Looped 1 min .
