Paul Malone : Movement Scans
These digital files are created by freely moving one of my drawings across the scanner glass as the scan is in operation. The length of the image is related to the time scale of the scan traverse, although elements of the drawing can be imaged several times. They are reminiscent of musical notation or seismic disturbances.

The files are in large hi-res format and can be printed in lengths up to 2 mtrs.
